If you have any technical issues, please contact us by the e-mail shown above and we will do our best to resolve your issues in very short order. If the product can be shown to be faulty or not as advertised in terms of functionality or appearance, an exchance or a refund can be arranged. No action is required on your part to initiate a refund, this is carried out by ourselves, the credit will appear on your card statement.

Delivery
All of our products are delivered by download from this site. There are no CDs or documents which will be shipped through the post. The download passwords are presented in the 'My Downloads' section upon acceptance of your order. To download your purchases, please click the 'My Downloads' button on the menu above. If there are any problems with password display or acceptance, please e-mail us.
