1. Site purpose
The purpose of this site is to allow you to select and purchase goods offered by this site.
As a user you will be able to access material on all areas of the site without registering.
2. Payment
Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include New Zealand GST at the current rate. Conversion between exchange rates is provided as a guide only. Your card will be debited in New Zealand Dollars. On your statement, your card issuer will most likely also show a conversion in your local currency. This will probably deviate slightly from the amount which was displayed by our currency converter due to exchange rate fluctuation. The deviation could be less than or greater than the converter-displayed amount, but it will not normally be more than a few cents/pence. Payment can be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, or AmEx. PayPal can also be used. By clicking the 'Submit order' button on our website you are authorising us to deduct the cost of the goods or services in your shopping cart and any delivery charges from your card account. AlphaSim will not accept orders by post.
3. Content Rights
The copyright and all other rights of all the material on and relating to the site (including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software) are owned by us or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner. As a visitor to this site, you may retrieve and display content from the site on a computer screen and print out individual pages from the site on paper for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using information from the website for the selection of products, but copying, modifying, or transmitting for any other purpose is strictly prohibited except with prior written permission from us. You may not commercially exploit any of the content. You acknowledge our respective trademarks and trade names and that you may not use them.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes at any time to any part of these Terms and Conditions. All such changes will be published in the text on this site. If you use the site after any changes have been published you are agreeing to be bound by those changes.
5. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with the use of this site and the purchase of goods from us, and to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Except as specifically stated on the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or the information shown on the site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
7. Refund Policy
If an item will not function despite e-mail assistance from ourselves, a refund can be made available. Refunds are however at the discretion of the Company Management.
